​Located in Historic Corn Hill, the Hoyt-Potter House is a professional office building and entrepreneurial hub for community-focused businesses. We offer flexible office spaces for small and early-stage businesses. Our offices are leased room-by-room with an annual term to accommodate business that are growing and changing. Rents include taxes, insurance, common area maintenance, utilities (gas, electric, and water), prime parking for employees and visitors, firewall-secured wireless internet, shared storage space, and access to the Hoyt-Potter’s formal North and South Parlor meeting rooms. The “all-in” rent structure of the Hoyt-Potter creates simplicity and certainty for business owners. Fully furnished offices and lease terms of less than one-year can be provided in some circumstances.
